Jeremy's Story

Before joining Kettlebell Transformation, Jeremy said, "the Dad Bod really started to take over. I was feeling further and further removed from where I wanted to be."

Jeremy was at the heaviest he had ever been two years after the birth of his first child. Although was no stranger to losing and gaining weight in the past, having been on a 30-40 pound rollercoaster four times prior to joining KT.

But with ever increasing responsibility at home and in a new job promotion, Jeremy was finally ready to find a sustainable solution to building the fitness and the body he wanted.
