The 28-Day Get-Up Challenge $97 value
One short lesson a day. One position or transition at a time, with the strength drills for the muscle behind it. Four phases: positions, transitions, load, full move. Progress tracker, gear guide, and your Day 28 test against your Day 1 baseline.
Bonus #1: The Get-Up “Expert Secrets” Series $67 value
Five deep-dive videos on the get-up, filmed at our gym in Chicago. See how each stage should look and feel before you ever load it.
Bonus #2: The 2-Day Get-Up Workshop Recordings $147 value
The full recordings of a two-day workshop we ran at the gym. When a position raises a question your daily lesson doesn’t cover, the long answer lives in here.
Bonus #3: Grant’s Get-Up Self-Coaching System $97 value
Slides with the exact cues for every position, breakdowns where I review my own get-ups on camera, and recordings of real client reviews so you can catch the same things in your own video.
Bonus #4: The Get-Up Troubleshooter $37 value
The seven most common sticking points, position by position, with the exact fix we coach for each one.
Bonus #5: The Private Challenge Community $29/mo value
Post your Day 1 baseline, ask questions when a position fights you, and put your Day 28 test where other men will see it. Most guys finish because other guys are watching.
Get-Up Assessment Call
Speak with our team one-on-one about where you're at, where things hurt or feel stuck, and what you want by Day 28. We'll tell you which of the seven get-up positions might trip you up and which level to start at.

No. You begin with bodyweight or a light object from around the house. A kettlebell comes in after you know the positions and transitions. Don’t want to buy a kettlebell? A dumbbell works fine for the whole challenge.
No. This is focused movement practice that fits around your other training. Think of it as ten minutes a day spent bulletproofing the shoulders, hips, and core the rest of your workouts depend on.
A cleaner, more controlled get-up on both sides, at the level that fits you. You’ll also have built muscle behind every position: the hip hinge, the overhead hold, and the floor-to-stand path. Your finish depends on where you start and how much you practice.
No exercise can promise either one. The challenge trains strength, mobility, balance, and control together. Those are the traits a long training life depends on. But it is not medical care, and it is not a shield against injury.
The whole challenge is built with beat-up bodies in mind. Positions and transitions are learned with no load. Weight enters only after you meet a clear standard. Still, the get-up includes floor work and, later, loaded overhead work. If you have an injury or a medical concern, check with a qualified health professional before you start.
You’ll have a get-up you can keep practicing for years. Plenty of men treat Day 28 as their starting line. If you want coaching eyes on your training after that, our team works with men one on one, and challenge finishers are exactly who those programs are built for. Zero pressure either way.
One email to [email protected] within 30 days gets you a full refund of your $27. No questions asked, and nothing to send back.
